Since hitting the big time, Colin Farrell’s sex-ploits have been a gossiper’s dream but when we heard a rumour about a sex tape, showing him and a former girlfriend getting down, up again and probably sideways too, we didn’t know whether to believe it or not. But now, not only does it seem it is true - Colin’s decided to sue her for damages for trying to sell it.

Apparently they, Colin and former Playboy model Nicole Narain, made the tape a couple of years ago when they were going out but now there’s no love left between the pair, with Colin seeking a temporary restraining order and an injunction stopping the tape being sold or distributed as well as some cold hard cash in damages.

Farrell’s lawyers have said that the tape is “highly private and confidential” and that it is just an “outrageous attempt to capitalise on the celebrity of Colin Farrell… [which] exceeds all bounds of common human decency”. They’re also suggesting that it would cause harm to the actor’s reputation and career.

Our guess is that it’ll be on the internet before teatime…!
