Worried she would be lonely after divorcing husband George Best, Alex Best spent money from their divorce settlement on some company: a pair of 34D boob implants.

George hadn’t been keen on the idea while they were married, so Alex spent £5000 of their settlement money on the implants once their divorce was finalised.

“I love my new breasts,” she told Closer magazine. “I’ve always wanted them done and it was a present to myself to celebrate the divorce. The divorce settlement helped me pay for them.”

“Before I had them done I felt I was out of proportion and it was depressing. I used to be bigger when I was younger but gradually they’d become flatter and flatter.

“I was a 34A before the operation, and I always had to wear gel bras and chicken fillets to give me cleavage.

“I got fed up with putting my boobs in a drawer at night.”
