Princess Beatrice’s cover girl looks

First, Prince William turns out to be a bit of dish, now Princess Beatrice, the daughter of Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York and fifth in line to the throne, has turned out to be a bit of cover girl herself.
She’s celebrating her 17th birthday next week by gracing the cover of high-society magazine Tatler’s September issue.
As well as the photoshoot, she also gave Tatler her first interview. She made it clear that she’s not a “stereotypical” princess: “people often expect one thing when they first meet me and I give them another”.
“A lot of it is quite normal, scooting around the supermarket with a shopping trolley and things like that. ”
She also spoke about her parents’ 1996 divorce.
“I wouldn’t trade my life for anyone else’s,” she said. “I love being who I am and feel very happy with that.”
She said the family was even closer since the divorce, and described her father as “very kind and thoughtful” and called both her mother and grandmother, the Queen, “amazing”.
