Despite the £3million engagement ring (and subsequently replacement), we always suspected that the Paris Hilton/Paris Latsis thing might be more of a publicity stunt than true love - and now it seems that Latsis’s father, Grigoris Kasidokostas, agrees with us.

“[He] is much too young to even consider a subject like marriage,” the father said of his son in a recent Page Six interview. “If he hasn’t discussed this with his own father, how serious could it be? That should tell you the whole story.”

Daddy isn’t totally against the idea though - just not yet: “if Paris Hilton really loves my son, she’ll have to be patient.”
