Just days after Victoria Beckham told OK! magazine that she thought that plastic surgery is alright if “you’re doing it for the right reasons”, it looks she has found a “right reason”.

The News of the World has printed photos taken yesterday of Posh on a friend’s yacht with a more pinched nose and blown up lips.

An onlooker said: “Something has definitely changed. You can spot it straight away. Pictures of her are practically in the papers everyday, so any difference is immediately noticeable.”

Another onlooker was more positive: “Posh is always changing her appearance and you’ve got to hand it to her, she looks good.”

She was also showing off new super-long hair extensions as if she had planned a major change in appearance.

Her spokesperson is denying any surgery.
