Bruce Willis

It must have been quite a shock for Doris Busch, of Idar-Oberstein, southern Germany, when she opened her door to find Hollywood actor, Bruce Willis on her front step, asking, in German, if he could look around her house.

“We were sitting in the garden,” Mrs Busch told the Nahe Zeitung newspaper. “My mother still had curlers in.”

Willis was born in the house in March 1955 and spent his first two years there while his father, David, was stationed at Strasbourg army barracks.

According to the newspaper, Willis took some photographs and was especially interested in his old basement bedroom, before leaving to visit the army barracks themselves.
