Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt film secret Namibia documentary

Angelina Jolie and children in NamibiaThey might have tried to ban the rest of the media from the country but Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie haven’t been shying away from all cameras - they’ve secretly been filming their own documentary about their stay in Namibia.

The couple have been filming since they arrived in the country in early April and will keep filming until they leave in a few weeks - including footage of their new baby daughter, Shiloh.

A source has revealed: “Brad and Angelina want to put out a serious social documentary about all the great things the country has to offer.”

“Angelina is in love with Namibia and wants fans to learn more about it and experience what she has experienced.”

“Maddox is in the film along with Zahara, and they have agreed to include some footage of their new baby.”

“They know that any documentary which includes anything personal about their lives will help them get their message across.”

  • A romantic break in Venice seems to have healed the rifts between Hugh Grant and Jemima Khan: the pair were spotted kissing on their hotel balcony and then took a gondola ride together. An onlooker said: “Whatever their difficulties, they appear to be back on.”
  • Cheryl Tweedy and Ashley Cole have formally set a date for their wedding - 15th July 2006. A source has revealed: “The invites have gone out - they’re keeping the location under wraps as they’ve signed a magazine deal. Cheryl’s spent months choosing a dress.”
  • Teri Hatcher’s last relationship stalled because he “didn’t want extra obligations” of dating a woman with children. “I deserve a healthy sex life, but I am who I am,” Teri commented.

Jon Bon Jovi: we won’t turn into the Rolling Stones

Jon Bon JoviJon Bon Jovi doesn’t plan to follow the Rolling Stones down the path of touring until their old age.

The 44 year old has been the singer of Bon Jovi for over 20 years but doesn’t think the band will keep going indefinitely.

He told the Guardian recently: “I don’t anticipate being sixty-something and doing a lot of shows. You probably heard Keith Richards fell out of a tree a few days ago. I don’t envision myself being like that.”

“The minute that this is all nostalgia, fat guys out there pulling up their tight jeans. Then I’m out. Until then, I can’t stop.”

Lindsay Lohan plans trip to London because of “boy”

Lindsay LohanIt seems London is the place to be at the moment - first, Mischa Barton suggests she’s thinking about a month over here and now Lindsay Lohan too - although Lindsay isn’t planning a month of acting classes like Mischa.

“I want to get a place in London,” Lindsay revealed in a recent interview.

When asked why, she replied: “I kind of like a boy in London.”


A baby boy for Mira Sorvino

Mira Sorvino and husband Chris BackusThe celebrity baby trend continues… Mira Sorvino has given birth to her second child with husband Chris Backus.

Their new son, Johnny, is a little brother for 18 month old daughter Mattea Angel.

Johnny was born on Monday at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and weighed in at 7lbs 14oz.

Mira’s representative Ed Choi confirmed the birth and added: “The baby is healthy and happy, and mother and the rest of the family are very, very excited.”

Brad Pitt cut the umbilical cord at Shiloh’s birth

Brad PittAngelina Jolie’s obstetrician Jason Rothbart has revealed further details about the birth of her daughter, Shiloh Nouvel at the weekend.

Angelina had to have a Caesarian section but partner Brad Pitt stayed at her side and then cut the umbilical cord.

Dr Rothbart said: “The baby was a healthy 7lb.”

“Brad was with Angelina all the time and cut the umbilical. The surgery and birth went flawlessly.”

Dr Rothbart was flown over to Namibia from the US for the birth.
