Police have identified those responsible for stealing the private photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s baby shower and snapshots of their time in Namibia.

Angelina’s brother James Haven took the pictures but his camera broke when he returned to the US and he sent it back to the shop to be fixed. The shop then set it over to a specialist repair centre in Massachusetts and it was there that two employees, Bill Keyes and Adam Beckwith, discovered the photos stored on the camera.

Keyes was apparently excited at the find, showed his mother the pictures and then sent them in an email to someone in California - apparently in an attempt to sell the photos.

Police have seized the camera itself and Keyes’ personal computer but have not arrested either man because they have not violated Massachusetts law. The men could still be charged under Californian law.

Nick Lachey has revealed that despite his recent womanising and romancing of Vanessa Minnillo but that doesn’t mean he’s over ex-wife Jessica Simpson.

He revealed he’s working through his feelings about their split: “I’m in the process, but I’ve been consumed with the album and haven’t had a chance to feel sorry for myself.”

“I think it’s a process. I don’t know if I’ll ever be over Jessica.”

But, unlike Jessica who’s avoiding singing about their break-up, he thinks recording writing songs about their split has helped him: “I just went through this horrible, freaking time, but I got all these emotions out and it was helpful in the healing process.”

TMZ is reporting that their divorce is likely to become final next week - but with the financial side of the split still outstanding. Under Californian law, Nick is entitled to half the tens of millions of dollars that Jessica earned during their marriage and he isn’t happy that she offered him just a $1.5million payoff. The couple are expected to take the issue to court after the divorce is legally finalised.

Marcia Cross has revealed that her weekend wedding to fiance Tom Mahoney wasn’t glitch-free - but it was all alright in the end.

Marcia decided to get ready for her big day in a room at the church in San Gabriel, California as to avoid being harassed by the paparazzi but that’s where her planning had pretty much ended.

She revealed: “My hair and makeup people were teasing me because I hadn’t told them what I wanted. I figured it would all work out.”

But when she got to the church, she found out that her planned dressing room didn’t have a mirror in it: “I had no idea what I looked like. I got into my dress, put on my veil and was sent out the door.”

Then during the ceremony itself, as the couple were exchanging their vows, Tom’s mobile phone rang in his pocket and according to wedding guest and Marcia’s Desperate Housewives co-star Brenda Strong, Marcia “couldn’t contain her giggles.”

Tom turned his phone off before the vows continued as planned - except for one little addition by Marcia: “After I said ‘I will’ to everything, I whispered under my breath, ‘As long as I don’t have to cook!’”

All in all though, she enjoyed the day: “I’m exhausted, but the most happy exhausted. [The wedding] was magical, filled with love and beyond my wildest imagination!”

• Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart are set to marry after four years together, according to reports. The couple are also reportedly considering adopting a child together, to be a younger sibling for Calista’s five year old son Liam and Harrion’s four children from his previous marriages.

Tv presenter Steve Jones apparently got his hands on his favourite bits of Pamela Anderson again on Wednesday night: the pair spent the evening partying together after the PETA Humanitarian Awards.

After the awards show, they first headed to a party in private house. An onlooker told the Mirror: “the champagne was flowing and everyone was partying hard, but Steve and Pamela went off into a private room.”

“They didn’t come out for about 20 minutes and it was clear from the look on their faces they hadn’t been discussing the weather.”

After that, the pair hit a couple of clubs: “Pamela was clearly wrecked but it didn’t stop her having a good time.”

“She and Steve were all over each other all night. They were snogging in a stall and were practically having sex on the dancefloor. They didn’t seem to care who was watching.”

The pair then finished off the evening by retiring together to a friend of Pamela’s flat.

Us Weekly is claiming that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are planning to adopt an older child rather than another baby.

The magazine is quoting a source as saying, they plan to “adopt an [older] child to support the idea that people should adopt more children, not just babies”.

The magazine didn’t include any further details on when or where the adoption might take place: Angelina recently revealed they will consider the balance of their family when making their future adoption decisions.
