• Justin Timberlake has given his support to former *NSync bandmate Lance Bass’s decision to publicly reveal that he’s gay. Justin issued a statement via his publicist Ken Sunshine explaining: “Lance is one of my great friends. I support him and wish him all the happiness in the world.”
• Julia Roberts has revealed that she loves the way her hairdresser Serge Normant does her hair so much that she doesn’t wash the style out for weeks: “One of the tricks I’ve learned over the years is that I can milk a great style to the last possible second. Honestly, after he does my hair, I won’t do anything to it for two weeks. My hair doesn’t get greasy very fast, so I can go a good ten days without washing it.”
• Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly sleeping in separate rooms - but it’s not because they’ve fallen out, Angelina just wants to sleep in the same room as baby Shiloh so she can tend to her daughter during the night. A source revealed: “She wants to keep an eye on her. Brad needs his sleep but he helps when he can.”

Hugh Jackman would love to make another film with Scarlett Johansson and thinks it would be great if it was a musical.

The pair met while filming Scoop with Woody Allen and spent their downtime onset by amusing themselves by singing their favourite show tunes and lounge ballads.

Hugh said of Scarlett: “She’s just very funny, very quick and she’s a pure delight. I have to say she’s an amazing singer. We used to sing a lot off camera.”

Sarah Harding has reportedly copied her Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Tweedy by landing herself a footballer.

At Cheryl’s recent wedding to Arsenal star Ashley Cole, bridesmaid Sarah struck up a conversation with a friend of Ashley’s, Rotherham United player Paolo Vernazza.

A source revealed: “Sarah looked gorgeous and Paolo, an Usher, couldn’t keep his eyes off her. They spent the evening chatting and everyone said they made a lovely couple.”

“At the end of the night they kissed and swapped numbers.”

The pair had met a couple of times before but Paolo was worried she was out of his league: “Now it seems she’s just as keen as him and he can’t believe his luck,” the source added.

Despite previously claiming there was “an ounce of truth” in the rumour that she married him for his money, Paul McCartney now is reportedly worried that wife Heather Mills has become a gold-digger after she declined a £30million settlement in exchange for a quick divorce.

Heather initially suggested she would agree to a “quick and painless” divorce to avoid getting embroiled in a public battle for the sake of their daughter, Beatrice but now she’s changed her mind.

According to “a close friend” of Paul’s quoted in the Sunday Mirror, “Paul is a reasonable guy who doesn’t like confrontation. He wanted to keep the divorce quick and amicable for the sake of Beatrice - but feels Heather is being difficult and trying to drag things outs.”

“In his eyes they had agreed they wanted to make the divorce quick and painless and a settlement was virtually in place - but then Heather started getting unreasonable because she wanted more money.”

“She wants as much as she can. She’s a gold-digger.”

“Paul never wanted to go down this route, but Heather left him with no choice in the end.”

Hustle and Flow star DJ Qualls has told the paparazzi that Lindsay Loahn is “just not nice”.

Qualls was filmed leaving Element nightclub in Hollywood recently and took the time to tell waiting photographers that: “Lindsay Lohan is not kind. I will say that. She’s just not nice, not nice, she’s not a nice girl.”

“She has two movies left, that’s all I’m saying.”

He refused to elaborate any further on his comments.

Lindsay Lohan might just wear them to lighten her mood but Jessica Simpson has admitted that she’s addicted to stilettos.

She recently told OK magazine: “I think when my mum had me, I came out wearing high heels.”

Even though high heels hurt her feet, she says she can’t bear the thought of not wearing them: “I go to the beach in heels, I walk around my house in high heels.”
