Vernon Kay: wife Tess digs his slobbing look

Vernon Kay has revealed that his lounging attire - ” walking around the house in my dressing gown and socks” -makes his wife, Tess Daly, laugh more than anything else.

“Tess always says: ‘Are you trying to seduce me.’” It’s clearly a sexy, sexy look.

But then again, Tess has always been attracted to Vernon is unusual outfits. The TV-presenting couple met when Vernon “was hosting a show called Phone Zone on UK Play with Joe Mace – we were in the studio and Tess was our roving reporter. Everyone knew that I fancied her, so the producers put us together on purpose.”

“We did a ‘girls of pop’ film on location. Tess was dressed as Britney and I was Geri Halliwell.”

Tess, currently presenting Strictly Come Dancing, “first saw his bare legs in 12in platform boots and Union Jack hotpants.” But, she’s revealed to Heat magazine that nevertheless, “I did find myself flirting with him at lunchtime.”
