First, she forgot to include him in her acceptance speech when she picked up her award for Best International Female - but she did remember to thank her producer Stuart Price and nearly everyone else in the world that’s ever helped her - and then she flirted with Chris Moyles back stage.

Moyles started it by using the rarely successful ‘I’m crap, sleep with me’ chat-up routine: “I’m really insecure. If you were to sleep with me, it would do so much for my self-esteem,” he said.

Funnily enough, Madge turned him down but then admitted “I’m very attracted to your Leeds accent. I think it’s charming.”

Southerner Guy was probably fuming - no wonder he didn’t want to put in an appearance in the first place…
