Vince Vaughn urges Jennifer Aniston to get over Brad

Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn Vince Vaughn has reportedly forbidden Jennifer Aniston from talking about her ex-husband Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie.

Vince and Jen have been rumoured to be dating since getting to know each other on the set of their new film The Break Up but apparently Jen has confessed to him that she is “struggling to get over Brad.”

According to US magazine The Star, Vince told her that she needs to “stop moping about Brad and Ange and move on. Look, bury Brad. Have a little funeral for your marriage. What you had is over - face it. And start a new life. Today.”

He doesn’t even want Jen to mention their names, saying that Brad’s got what he wants with Angelina and they’re trying to pursue a “legitimate relationship” so Jen should just “let him be.”

Good, if perhaps somewhat self-interested, advice there, Vince.

oh please have you anything else to write about. we all know that jen is way over brad and has moved on i know your all about selling the magazine but why dont you give us some facts to swallow. how about, hollywood for 1 angelina jolie said on primetime that hollywood stars are shallow! i wonder how the stars feel about her today???? you know if she herself was not a star the would be no adopted children, and no un ambassor she should think before she speaks.i hope hollywood knows what kind of person she is all about herself. she had commited adultry with brad i thought she said she does not fool around with married men she lied on that one as well!!!angelina and brad still has not came forward and apoligized to the public or jen for all there lies and deceit . so quit! move on jen has why don’t you

You should remember to take your meds before you speak. Apparantly, you haven’t moved on. You and your type, are exactly the reason why the media hasn’t moved on from the “love triangle”. Keep making Jen out to be the victim and see how that helps her career or what people write about her. Angie and Brad seem very happy and do not need to apologize to you or anyone else. Jen’s a big girl and will be just fine with Vince or without him.

First of all, You should learn how to listen carefully and read between the lines of what people are saying. About the “shallow” I do believe, you need to get your facts straight.

First of all… You shoudl think before YOU speak… there is no proof that Jen was having a sexual relationship with Vince, but… there is proof that Brad was having an affair with Angelina! That is proof and Jen committing adultery… there is no proof! We need facts… not GOSSIP Joy!!!!

Angelina’s words in the interview mean nothing! She has already lied about “messing around with married men” and with her being pregnant… that is PROOF that she lied!

Renee: surely it doesn’t matter about what Angelina said or did. She’s not the one that broke up the marriage because she wasn’t IN THE MARRIAGE. She didn’t make any vows to be with anyone til death did they part.

If Brad truly loved Jen and their marriage was as wonderful as you seem to think it was, he wouldn’t have been swayed from her, no matter what Angelina did. Take your anger out on what Brad has said or done, not Angelina.

I definitely think that Brad had an affair with Angelina. While Angelina is not completely at fault, she had something to do with it. If a man comes moping to you about his relationship, encourage him to seek professional help to sort it out. Do not seek to comfort him because eventually he will be drawn to her. I think the baby issue was what caused the breakup. As soon as Brad separated from Jennifer, he and Angelina got pregnant. I am really sorry for her and thought that she should have given him a baby. Both of them had money, she could get a nanny to help her care for the baby.

I don’t think it will last. It seems like a passing fancy. The love chemicals in the brain will disappear. The bottom line and human as well is that Brad is hot and Angelina saw a weakness and took what she wanted. That is her way and it will be until she gets old and no one wants her anymore. What’s also hot is that Brad is helping her with being an Ambassador and she just loves that. The only connection that they will have in the future is the children and that Angelina gave him what he wanted when he wanted it. I’m sorry but if I worked with Brad and was Angelina and got the hots I would have had an affair too. To keep him and give him what he wanted is to get pregnant. Lots of people do that you don’t have to be Brad and Angelina. Brad is smokin, he’s a hotty. As far as Jen, like the man says “move on”. It’s over Brad does not want you in his life anymore. What other proof do you need.

seriously. maybe having an affair is wrong but soo many people do it. if you are attracted to someone its hard to beat that urge.if people arent celebrities its much easier for them to move on. by the public rubbing brad/jen’s faces in it they will find it all much harder.i know loads of people who have had affairs. it happens. dont condem brad or ange. they are human.
brad wants a baby, ange can give him one. it makes more sense than staying with jen if he is unhappy.

Well, alot has been said here. I too agree that Brad and Angelina shouldn’t have rushed into their relationship. Because we all know that a relationship based on lust will never last. I for one am a big Jennifer Anniston fan. I dont think she is a perfect being but then again no one is. I just hope that whether it is with Vince Vaughn or someone else, she finds the happiness that she deserves. I just think that if the kids thing was the only issue with Brad and Jen, they could have worked things out. But the public is so into the lives of these Famous People that we will never really no why they broke up. Besides, they are regular people like you and me. We need to just leave it alone and give it a rest….let them deal with their lives while we deal with ours.

I don’t understand how we have the right to condem anyone here. Just because Brad and Angelina are together now, doesn’t mean anything. NONE of us have any idea what went/goes on behind closed doors. So they slept together after she had filed for divorce…is that really cheating? When they were obviously over? Angelina has done great things to bring awareness of a lot of important issues, and everyone here feels like they have they right to judge…For every action, there was a reason.

I really hope Jen has put this behind her and moved on. A marriage break up is hard enough out of the public spot light but to have it in the full glare with everyone giving their two cents and seeing pictures and stories of your ex all loved up must be devastating. Jen was in a no win situation, if she appears all upset then she gets newspaper headlines about how devastated she is and what a mess she is etc. If she gets on with her life she gets that she’s doing it to get over her ex or on a rebound etc etc.
Lets just hope everything turns out right for everyone involved!

All of these stories strike chords in people who have been through the same kind of pain. People do however move on and learn valuable experience through the pain. Jennifer Anniston is stronger than the media would like to portray her, after all she is the one with the fantastic career, she didn’t get where she is by being weak.
As for Brad and Angelina. Thumbs up to them for using their celebrities to improve the lives of little childeren around the world. THAT is more important than what these people are doing in their sex lives, don’t you think? We are all on a journey in this life and the karma of Brad and Angelina is to be together to help the world at large. That is true love in the best sense of the word. Jennifer also is on her karmic path.

Whilst I got over the worse part of my breakup I can honestly say that it took a further 5 years. Their love ran deeply – such a tragidy for them both really and I am glad the Brat has sent a Birthday card to Jen. Good luck to them all. And at the very lease there will be odopted children would will benifit from this. (Cant you adopt a granny, I would be so pleased to help)

wow this thread has been going on for a year. so i will put in my two cents as well.

a year later brad and angie are together and wanting to expand their family. they are working around the globe and also in new orleans to bring awareness and aid to people in need. i admire them both for doing their part in this world regardless of how they came together.

in terms of whether brad cheated on jen or not is really not provable based on media reports and we have no idea what really went on between them. but based on direct quotes from jen and courtney cox, they both claimed that brad did not cheat on jen when they were married. however, he realized that he was falling for angie and confessed to her about that because he thought that it would be the right thing to do. then the divorce proceedings happened. then brad and angelina got together. this is according to both courtney cox and jennifer aniston and neither of them said that brad is lying.

jen was upset because she didn’t see it coming. she knew there were problems in her marriage but the ending was unexpected, which is very understandable. she was also upset to see pictures of brad and angie popping up as the perfect do-gooder family and it was just really hard for her to go through this break up in front of the world and i dont blame her for feeling that way especially when brad and angie’s couplehood took a public stage very quickly after the end of jen and brad’s marriage.

angie has done some weird things in the past because she is a rebel. but she mentioned that after she adopted maddox her focus and priorities have changed and you can see that from the way she conducted herself since then. you cannot force love. it happens. there is no way to logically argue about it. if brad fell out of love with jen, there is not a thing that jen could do to hold the marriage together, whether or not angie was the reason. In fact if they had a good marriage, then angie would not have been a threat at all. the fact that brad fell for angie indicates that the marriage was already on the rocks at least from brad’s perspective.

brad’s relationship with angie is obviously not a passing fancy. he has legally adopted all of angelina’s kids and have taken lifelong responsibility for them. perhaps the way the relationship ended for jen was extremely hurtful and my heart goes out to jen, but at some point you have to accept that there was something seriously missing from that relationship for brad to fall for angie. they were married for 7 years and there are tons of beautiful women in hollywood and brad didnt go after any of them. so why then? i sincerely wish jen the best because this kind of heartbreak can have permanent damage. i hope she gets all the help and support she needs to make peace with all of this.
