Jessica Alba may sue Playboy over covershot
Jessica Alba is threatening to sue Playboy after her image was used without permission on the cover of their March issue.
Jessica’s lawyer Brian Wolf has sent Playboy owner Hugh Hefner a legal warning, demanding that they stop distributing the offending magazine and that Jessica is financial compensated for distress.
The picture used is a promotional shot from Jessica’s new film Into The Blue and Wolf is claiming that Playboy used “outrageous, unethical behaviour” to trick Columbia Pictures into allowing them to use it on the cover.
According to Wolf, Jessica had previously been offered the chance - and a substantial amount of money - to appear in the magazine but had turned it down.

i heard that one of her complaints is that the cover suggests that she’s the type of girl that poses naked or semi naked, and she doesn’t want that. while she’s stood their in her bikini, you know, semi-naked, tugging at her briefs, making everyone think about her break=through film where she played a stripper. yes, i can see why she doesn’t want people to think she takes her clothes off for publicity reasons.
