The socialite was spotted enquiring about a tummy tuck at a top cosmetic surgeons in LA. She is apparently considering the surgery after a US magazine poked fun at a slight bump of a belly and wondered if she was pregnant.

According to some reports, it wouldn’t be the first time for Paris under the knife - side by side comparisons suggestion she’s had work on her nose and perhaps a boob job too…
