Sheryl CrowSheryl Crow has attended her first public event since undergoing treatment for breast cancer last month.

Sheryl was underwent a small operation to remove the lump and is receiving preventation radiation therapy.

“I’m the walking poster child for mammograms,” she said as she saw friend Chrissie Hynde perform with The Pretenders in Los Angeles on Monday night. “I’m just taking care of myself right now. I’m really dedicating my life to getting back on my feet, living in a really healthy way and appreciating life.”
