Scarlett JohanssonScarlett Johansson has topped FHM’s world’s sexiest woman ranking, pushing last year’s winner Angelina Jolie into the number two slot.

Needless to say, Scarlett is pretty chuffed: “One of the best things for a woman to hear is that she is sexy. I’d like to thank FHM’s readers for the huge compliment.”

A number of women got serious promotions up the listing: Jessica Alba leapt up nineteen places to number 3, Keira Knightley six places to number 5 and Jenny McCarthy, who appeared in the awfully film Dirty Love this year, jumped a staggering 47 places to get a spot at number 7.
