“It’s mad,” she told Grazia magazine. “It seems no one can move their foreheads any more and their faces are all fluffy and bouncy.”

But she’s being careful not to criticise anyone in particularly - because she’s hasn’t ruled out doing it herself: “I don’t want to criticise people for doing something and then four years later, you know, you’re doing it and people go, ‘She looks insane!’”

Sarah is rumoured to have had cosmetic surgery on her nose in the past.
