Kate Moss and Pete DohertyThe News of the World is reporting that Kate Moss is paying Pete Doherty and his friends to keep quiet about their relationship.

A source told the newspaper: “when she goes to meet him she takes a handbag full of bundled-up banknotes. She says it’s to help him get back on his feet.”

“Kate is so paranoid about details of her personal life being revealed to the media that she’s giving wads of cash to him and his friends to keep everything quiet. She thinks that will prevent him being tempted to sell stories or get his pals to do so.”

But it doesn’t seem to be working Pete has repeatedly made comments about being in love and back together with ex-girlfriend Kate - and has apparently told friends that they will be getting married this summer. Perhaps Kate needs to give him more money…
