According to the Daily Star, the trio are “firm friends” and are planning a holiday in Hawaii together.

A source told the newspaper: “Courtney is determined to be a calming influence on Lindsay who has had a really tough time of things, and she also adores Kate.”

“When Kate was in rehab following damning footage of her cocaine abuse last September, Courtney was on standby to help her through it.”
