Jade Goody accuses mother of beating her

Jade Goody and her mum are having an argument through the newspapers about how Jade was treated while she was growing up.

According to “Jade: My Autobiography” which is currently being serialised in the News of the World, Jade was beaten by her mother on a frequent basis.

The Big Brother star claims “losing the use of her arm after the accident was infuriating for my mum. As a result of her frustration she often beat me.”

But her mum, Jackiey, has countered in the Daily Mirror - but also promoted her daugther’s book at the same time: “I only hit her once. I’ve seen what she wrote. It’s all there – you’ll have to read the book.”
