She was questioned by police in January but is likely to avoid even being cautioned for the drug use because, while she’s admitted “full responsibility” for her actions in a statement, she refused to admit to any criminal actions during the interview with the police.

The Daily Mail suggests that unless any new evidence is revealed, the police will have no basis to charge or caution Kate.
