EminemEminem and Kimberly Scott are heading to the divorce courts for the second time - less than three months after they remarried.

Eminem has filed divorce papers at Macomb County Court, citing “a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed.”

The couple first married in 1999 and were together for two years before divorcing. A bitter custody battle for their daughter ensued and Eminem was public, in songs and in a tattoo on his belly, about his hatred of Kim.

But by January this year, he issued invitations for their remarriage stating: “I will marry my best friend, the one I laugh with, live for, love.”

A spokesperson for Eminem’s mother, Debbie Mathers, has said the second split “has come as a complete surprise.”

Eminem is requesting joint custody of their now 10 year old daughter Hailie.
