Beyonce Knowles Beyoncé Knowles is desperate to help Whitney Houston beat her addiction to crack cocaine. She’s written a letter to Whitney offering support.

Whitney helped Beyoncé launch her solo career and has written and produced songs for her.

A source has been quoted as saying: “Beyoncé will do what it takes to sort Whitney out. She needs her friends around her and Beyonce would never give up on anybody.”

Isn’t the world cruel enough, without people displaying harshness? Has anyone
ever considered that Whitney may very well be a victim of incest? It has been
stated that her two older brothers introduced her to drugs. If this is true, per-
haps there is something in the root of Whitney, that is beyond her control. The
parents were absent, so who was raising the children? Consider Bobbi Kristina.

Hello. I am trying to reach the people who are in Whitney’s life and have been throughout her career in music. I am so tired of the media hurting the hearts of the fans that love her so. I am so tired of the rejections of not being able to do anything for a woman who has done everything for her family, ARISTA Records, and the many friends and fans in and around the world. I feel personally ashamed to because I have enjoyed this singer throughout her career and have benefited her teachings of love through songs in and out of my love affairs, and “THAT VOICE!……….So I feel that we owe a lot to Ms. Houston. Is there anything we can give back to her? I know we’re all praying for her, but are you willing to cross the line God have allowed you to cross. Whitney prays to. She’s probably praying now for help. We can’t let this songbird take her life like that. And what if she does. I’m supposed to feel sorry for all the dry-eyed tears at the funeral of another legend that’s taken her life behind drugs. I’m so tired of the Billie Holiday’s and the Charlie Parker’s. I’m surprised if this gossip has even reached her. If she really had a clue right now as to who or what she is now don’t you think she’d be even fighting back. The Whitney I know would be defending herself about right now whether she’s lying or not. I think somewhere in giving up on herself she has crossed a line of addiction that has taken her deep into a state of dehumanization. I’m listening to her now. My heart bleeds and I can’t stop it. Can’t you hear her crying inside, because I can? I was so connected to her voice and now I’m connected to her hurt, pain, fear, anger, darkness, and I can actually hear her singing “HELP! HELP! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!” Can you stop just for one minute and listen? I do know that one has to reach deep down inside and surrender to the addition of whatever it is that plagues their life, but there is a such thing as being stuck somewhere and not being able to shake it off. She needs you to take that walk with her. So let’s put aside that inner b***h she’s performed on probably so many occasions off the record and get her back in the studio. Let’s even put up the legend she is and REACH OUT! Deep down inside I choose to believe that she’s waiting on someone to extend that loving arm and say, “Come on Whitney. Let me take you now.” Cissy Houston, get your baby girl! She needs her mommy about right now. Remember she’s worked her ass off for us, and now it’s time we work our assed off and get her back. She is not just a bad name right now. She’s Whitney Houston, a daughter, niece, sister, cousin, friend, and most importantly a part of the human family. I want to tell Whitney, we are all thinking of her during this sad time in her life. I want to ask people to stop gossiping and to rather try and think how we can help her! I believe that God will bring her out of this misery. I’m just thinking where are her friends and family and others who should be there to help this poor woman. I would not say that I am a fan of Whitney Houston’s music. However, I am a fan of the human race. Her “Judges” have forgotten that she is a human being first before she is an entertainer. Everyone seems to believe that just because you are rich and famous, that you are above all problems. Those same “judges” are doing some of the same things that Whitney Houston is rumored to be doing. Could it be that they have just not been caught yet? I do believe that Ms. Houston has to first admit to her addiction in order to get the help that she needs. BUT…Let’s all think about this. Those same tabloids—rumors may be doing more harm than good. I think about Bobby’s sister. She is a recovering addict herself. I heard on the radio that she exposed Whitney to supposedly help her face the fact that she needs help. That is bull. She did this to personally gain wealth, notoriety, and/or for some other evil reason. If she is a recovering addict, she should have none better. She should know the repercussions of doing something so drastic. Something like this could very well push someone rich/famous or not, over the edge. Also think about this: Addiction, there is always an underlying cause. What has happened in her past for her to turn to drugs? What is she looking for in the "comfort " of drugs that she is not getting in her life? I will not judge her. How can I? I have not “walked a mile in her shoes.” I can only ask God to hold her in the hollow of his hand. Not because she is Whitney Houston but because she is his child. I also pray for those who are judging her, including Bobby’s sister, that God will cleanse there minds, hearts, and souls.

You know its funny how people are so quick to judge.. I come from a family where my mom used drugs..so i know first hand what its like for Whitney and her family instead of gossipping about the greatest singer every say a prayer for her and her daughter. Whitney doesnt want to be on drugs no more than anyone of us wants her to be but the fact remains is that she will stop when she is ready and only when she is ready if she is in the rehab its not going to work unless Whitney is ready in her heart. If you look deep inside Whitney eyes the biggest drug is not cocaine its BOBBY BROWN..and we all know that love will have u do almost anything. I will always support her standing by him because she cant help but love him because he loves her. It may not be the right choice for her but if we all stop fighting the reality she will have time to reflect whats going on around her..In the meantime Whitney I will continue to pray for you, youre family and your drug addiction. Please keep in mind that she is not the only celebertiy on drugs so pray for all those whos business is not makeing tabloids..

hello my name is lynn i am a recovering addict it is amazing how God works it just so happened the day i prayed for whitney and her family she went into treatment . I believe that the battle is already won. It is hard work that takes everyday work and i am willing to be there for her through prayer and in spirit. Addiction is such a cunning way of life. I use to be so scared of the drug that i might go out and use again, but once i surrendered and turned it all over to God and believed that he is a power greater than me. Im not afraid anymore i realize today that i am an addict and those thoughts of using and drinking will still come up but thats just part of it and it does not last. Whitney i love you and your music and your family and i am there for you every step of the way.People keep in mind that addiction is addiction it does not matter if it is crack alcohol gambling sex music videos shopping work, it is addiction . It all has to do with attitude and way of life.So recovery must be attitude and way of life.So lets be mindful of each other and not so eager to find out the latest of a person who is suffering. I am grateful today that i am an addict because i know what i am and how to deal with it one day at a time.Thanks to God im okay with it today God bless you Whitney everyone wants to help and say they in the corner God is in her corner we just pray and be mindful and respectful and remember that she is Gods child not your project.Love ya a recovery friend indeed

I am addict from Morris County New Jersey. I have been a huge fan of this woman since day one. My hat goes off to Bobbies sister for planning this intervention. Staying clean is a daily battle and no one can fight it for you. Rehab is only the start for this woman she has a very long road ahead of her. She needs to attend meetings at AA and NA where she can listen to other people talk about the addiction that they share with her.
She needs to put the fact that she is a celebrated person on the back burner for a while until she can begin to heal. Everyone is talking about how much she has spent, money? people get real, drugs kill. She needs to stop know before they kill here.

Whitney, good luck….Love from Morris County.

My prayers go out for Whitney and her family. I live in Uganda but even here, Whitneys voice has touched many people. I pray that God through His son Jesus Christ shall heal Whitney of this drug addiction. I will borrow words from a song that goes ; " Something Beautiful, Something Good, All my confusions, he understands, all I have to offer Him IS brokenness and strife and HE WILL MAKE SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL OUT OF MY LIFE". Whitney, only God understands your strife and confusions but I know that when you surrender, He will Make something beautiful Out of your life. Well, the sista has enough money for THERAPY if in fact that is the case. I mean, these people have what others only dream of…which is why thousands of young folks jet out to Los Angeles every year looking for what Whitney has: Fame & Fortune. I mean, daaaang, the woman can rescue a few nations with all the money she has/had.

People stop using drugs when they want to. It doesn’t matter who’s concerned about them, how many interventions fam & frendz schedule, or how many hours we lament on our knees for them, a drug user will stop using drugs when THEY feel like it.

I know a many of mothers+fathers+grandparents+siblings+aunts+uncles who suffer from stress trying to lead their loved ones out of the pits of what the the loved one may feel is elation, happiness, freedom…all equaling a person being “high”.

When the “high” eventually wears off and they look in the mirror and see the only way to go is UP, then, they crawl from the well.

So, perhaps this time, Whitney will be where we all wish she could be: Free+ Happy+Healthy+Drug Free

I am saddened by her news..she is a great person…and for her to fall into drugs is shocking….she has everything..great voice and good looks..and see what the devil has done….he has destroyed her…but remember we have a living GOD that is waiting to restore her unless she repents…anyway let us not condemn or mock her…she needs our support…let us hold hands and pray for her…we cant do anything except praying…pray that GOD will touch her and she will come out of it…pray that she will stand and pray that there will be people to support her and encourage her…it difficult to be in her shoes…i understand and hope u peeple do..she has inspired so many people…let us not wash our hands when she is in need…instead let her know that her fans are waiting and will wait for her to come out of it…she needs to know that her fans are there for her…don’t mock her…let us do something…i believe the government will do something about drugs…drugs can be a killer…

It takes hitting rock bottom to bounce back to the top. And for a Woman…any Woman.. That is loss of security provided by money. Notice: Whitney did not clean up her act until money started drying up drastically. And that was around the time she made that 911 call to police for domestic battery by Bobby Brown. That was the turning point. Really. That’s was when she said enough is enough. When she put her OWN business in the street. After that point (being a woman) she began cutting the apron strings. But not without grace, because women are so graceful. She appeared in “Being Bobby Brown” as a parting gift. Like when Non celebrities get matching Tattoes. Thats usually a sign of the end. That show was a hit and Bobby Brown made “Money”. Now she can say " you should have saved your money from the show". Bobby Brown should have released an album during or right after that show. He would have made a killing. LAZY is the only word. He had the perfect promotional vehicle. I first got a hint it was over during that Diane Sawyer interview. Diane asked her,after Whitney defended her union with Bobby brown, “So, Whitney this is Forever?” Whitney evaded the question by saying “that’s what I said, didn’t you” See it takes a matter of time to untie assets and have secret meetings with lawyers. And have Record Execs pay off Judges for speedy divorces. Remember her getting Bobby’s family off her payrol for cleaning and stuff. Hmm hmm. Got rid them asses, slowly but surely. But they didn’t start until the Divorce was finalized. After that they knew homegirl was serious. Once her body completely detoxifies and repairs itself, the voice is gonna be back. The longer she waits to come out the better she will sound. album pushed back until the Fall. Hmmm. website under construction Hmmm. The first single is gonna have to be hot, though.
