PinkWith her song “Stupid Girls”, it’s no secret that Pink isn’t a fan of the Paris Hilton / Nicole Richie type of celebrity but she does think there are plenty of decent role models out there in Hollywood and beyond.

“Women had to fight to get where we are now, but if you look at popular culture you’d think we’re completely happy in thongs with a stripper’s pole between our thighs, and all we care about is the latest pair of shoes.

“I think Oprah is absolutely amazing, she runs the world as she should. I admire Angelina Jolie for the work she’s doing for the UN. She’s sexy smart, caring, conscious, aware - as is Reese Witherspoon.

“And I know a lot of extra single moms who are volunteering with their only extra hour in the day. They’re working with sick kids, or reading to people who can’t read.

“I’m [just] sick of reading about people shopping and fake tits.”
