Rumours had been circulating that Lindsay’s friendship with Louis Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs was going to land her an ad campaign with the label but Lindsay’s lost out.

An inside source revealed: “Marc is great mates with Lindsay and she loves his clothes so it was no surprise rumours were flying that he was pushing his French bosses to get her to star in their campaign.”

“But they thought Lindsay too American for their global brand.”

Instead, Naomi Campbell will front the campaign with the fashion house.
