David Bowie and ImanDavid Bowie’s wife Iman has forced him to change his diet and lifestyle after he collapsed on stage in 2004.

The 59 year old singer was found to have suffered a near-fatal heart attack and former model Iman doesn’t want history repeating itself.

“He’s very English and used to love his Sunday fry-ups,” she’s explained.

“[Now] I make sure he has more vegetables and fruit and he goes to the gym in the afternoons”.
