Gwyneth Paltrow gives birth to son Moses Martin
Gwyneth Paltrow’s representatives have confirmed that she gave birth to a baby boy over the weekend. It’s her second child with husband Chris Martin.
No other details have been released about the little lad, other than his mum and dad have chosen to call him Moses instead of the rumoured Mortimer or Capone.
Moses is the name of a song that the Coldplay frontman wrote for Gwyneth in 2003.
“We love unusual names in the family,” Gwyneth’s mum, Blythe Danner has said in the past.

Hey - my son is called Moses (born 2004!). I’m just chuffed we got there first! Moses comes from the Egyptian “son of..”.
If you don’t like the name because it is overtly religious then maybe we should all stop giving our children names from the bible such as “Mary, Joseph, John, Mark, Jacob, Adam, Eve, etc).
Our Son is called “mo” for short which his friends like, it is informal, easy to say and easy to spell - we tell friends it is short for “monster!”

it’s a good job he didn’t write a song called “whiny insufferable b***h” for her. because, while more accurate, Whiny Insuferrable B***h Martin is a bit of a mouthful for a kid.
