Britney SpearsBritney Spears and Kevin Federline’s son Sean might have a fractured skull after a fall from his high chair - and because of the nature of the injury, the couple have been questioned by officials from the Department of Children and Family Services.

Sean apparently fell from his high-chair while eating on Saturday 1st April and although he didn’t lose consciousness, Britney whisked him to a doctor to be checked over. He seemed fine but over the next few days, slept and cried more than usual so they took him to a more senior paediatrician last Friday. A three-dimensional skull X-ray apparently revealed severe head trauma, which may be a fracture.

The DCFS officials, escorted by police, visited their home over the weekend and apparently mum and dad cooperated fully. If found guilty of mistreatment or neglect though, they could face a severe warning and even possibly face losing custody of their son.
