Tom Cruise attacks psychiatry and drug addiction again
Tom Cruise has launched a new attack on psychiatry in this month’s GQ magazine. He made the headlines for similar comments last summer.
“I’ve always found the ‘if it makes me feel better, it’s OK’ rationale a little suspect.”
He also claimed that Scientology’s detox programmes can get someone off heroin in three days.
“I think it’s appalling that people have to live a life of drug addiction when I have personally helped people get off drugs,” he added.

Tom is a marvelous person that is missing the chance to make a positive social impact. Children who suffer, who are abused …by mental illness and adults who are abused by mental illness would find a great champion if he would change course and be more tolerant of the science of psychology, medicine and psychiatry.
Also if he would use 25% of the proceeds from his upcoming and great movie as a donation to UNICEF for example, he would be making a great social deed.
So get in the ball Tom.
