Denise Richards and Richie Sambora an item?

Despite the fact they’ve separated, Heather Locklear probably won’t be too pleased to hear that her best friend Denise Richards has been spotted in a passionate embrace with Locklear’s husband Richie Sambora.

According to People magazine, Denise and Richie arrived in separate cars at a restaurant in Westlake Village just outside Los Angeles. They met in the parking lot, kissed then walked hand-in-hand into the restaurant.

Onlookers report that the pair spent the meal gazing into each other’s eyes and held hands across the table. Later on, Denise kissed Richie’s hand and he returned the gesture before they kissed on the lips.

The couple reportedly left the restaurant in the same car less than an hour later.

Denise was linked to ex-boyfriend John Stamos earlier this year and is currently divorcing husband Charlie Sheen.
