David and Victoria BeckhamDavid and Victoria Beckham are selling their £1.5million holiday home in the south of France because it is apparently haunted.

According to locals, the 19th century mansion in a village near the Cote d’Azur is haunted by a former owner who shot himself in the property in 2001.

“Nobody told David and Victoria about the ghost until after they had brought the property,” a source has revealed.

“Victoria is seriously spooked and refuses to set foot in it. After three years of avoiding the place, they’ve finally decided to sell it.”

“[The previous owner] was very distinctive looking. He has been seen limping around the estate or heard mumbling about historic naval battles he was passionate about.”
