Britney Spears wants to get back to pop career and acting

Despite being pregnant for the second time, Britney Spears has decided not to give up her music career to become a stay-at-home mum.

“I genuinely love to sing and dance,” she revealed recently. “When I get in a creative mood, I can’t shut up. It’s the craziest thing.”

“At one point I was thinking of being a home mom, but when my son sees me dance, he lights up. Then I know what I’m supposed to be doing - if Mom’s happy, baby’s happy!”

She also wants to give acting another go after her debut film Crossroads flopped.

“I would go nude [for a role],” she confessed. “And I’d love to play a superhero. That would be really cool.”

But the nudity thing might just be so that she can get up close and personal with her favourite choice for a co-star, George Clooney: “I’d like to do something with George Clooney. He’s pretty cute, but don’t tell my husband.”
