Pete Doherty squirts own blood at the cameraPete Doherty ended an interview for MTV News by squirting a syringe-full of his blood at the cameramen.

The crew were filming an interview with his band Babyshambles after their recent gig in Berlin and Pete initially refused to join them. Halfway through the interview, he joined the band, secretively holding the syringe under a towel.

After squirting the blood at the camera lens, he shouted: “That was a wicked shot. That’s going to make a cracking link that is.”

Bandmate Drew McConnell was not impressed. He told the MTV cameraman, “I think the interview is over my friend. I’m really sorry about that mate, that’s f***ed up.”

Drew then fled the room in a rage but returned later, along with Pete, to perform a song for the show.
