Jennifer AnistonHer film career might not be taking off quite as well as she expected but Jennifer Aniston has said that she won’t return to television - because it’s too hard work and she doubts she’ll be able to improve on the experience she had on Friends.

“Episodic television is gruelling, and it was years and years of the same thing,” she told Hotdog magazine recently.

“I really don’t think I’d ever go back to television, and not just because I’m above it, but because I really don’t think I could ever top that experience.”

Meanwhile, former co-star Matthew Perry has made the opposite decision and is set to star in The West Wing’s creator Aaron Sorkin’s new drama Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, to be broadcast from September.
