Bette Midler to sing at Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s June wedding

She might only have finally confirmed their engagement last week but Nicole Kidman is reportedly busy making plans for her wedding to Keith Urban.

The couple are rumoured to be marrying on 25 June in a Catholic chapel in Sydney with Bette Midler to provide the entertainment at the reception afterwards.

A source has revealed that Bette’s biggest hit ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ is “Nicole and Keith’s special song”.

“And it’s not like she’s just booked some random singer to do it — she’s got the original artist. That should get a few people crying into their tissues.”

“Bette and Nicole are very close. They were both born in Hawaii so they have a lot in common.”

The kind-hearted (and well, wealthy) couple have reportedly requested no gifts from their guests: “Please understand your good wishes, prayers and friendship are all we want. Do not buy us gifts, however you may choose to make a donation to the charitable causes we support.”

A week-long honeymoon in the Wakaya resort in Fiji is planned for after the nupitals.
