Michelle RodriguezAfter spending five days there at the start of the month, Michelle Rodriguez is set to return to jail for another 60 days after violating her probation from an earlier offence.

Michelle was put on probation last year after she pleaded no content to charges of drink driving, driving with a suspended license and being involved with a hit and run accident in Los Angeles, then got involved in a second drink driving incident in Hawaii in December. She chose to spend five days in jail for the Hawaiian charge rather than 240hours of community service.

However, the Hawaiian conviction violated her Los Angeles probation order and yesterday a judge sentenced her to the 60 days in jail, along with an order to complete a 30-day alcohol rehabilitation program and 30 days of community service. Her probation has also been extended to June 2009.

The actress didn’t comment after the sentencing and is expected to start her new jail time in the next few days.
