Cat DeeleyCat Deeley hates watching herself on TV to such as degree that she won’t let her parents sit in the audience.

“It absolutely terrifies me,” she revealed recently. “I don’t let anyone I know sit in the crowd and I hate watching myself afterwards.”

Her dad has never seen her presenting live and her mum was only allowed in the audience on one occasion.

“I’ve asked them not to come. I can’t really rationalise it, but I just don’t feel I’d be able to do it if they were there.”
