Victoria Beckham advises Katie Holmes on post-baby weight loss
Katie Holmes is apparently receiving slimming advice from Victoria Beckham.
Katie is hoping to lose weight she gained while pregnant before her summer wedding to fiance Tom Cruise and turned to three-times-mum Victora for some advice.
A friend of Victoria told Reveal magazine: “Victoria and Katie are really good friends, and Posh knows just how to get back in shape after having a baby.”
“She got her figure back within weeks of giving birth to Cruz. So Katie thought Victoria was the perfect person to ask about shifting her baby weight.”

Beckham has NO advice worth taking. Her body is ridiculously thin, if she were to have an illness or disease, she doesn’t have enough body fat to help her get through it or her recovery. she is a disaster waiting to happen!
All Kate needs to do is exercise, drink water and eat a well-balanced nutritious diet of whole grains, vegetables, lean proteins, fruits and limit any thing outside of that list!

VB should be ashamed for promoting anorexia to our teenage girls, she should be locked up in a psyciatric ward until she is better. She is a walking disaster and an example what not to look like.

ooo - I think a few of you are jealous. Why do people rip celebrities apart when they gain weight * putting them on worst dressed lists and making fun of them, etc * but when they lose, they get all weird about it?!

you have a funny sense of “great” - a walking clothes horse has more appeal.
does anyone realise what a timebomb she is creating by parading anorexia to be the norm - already there are so many very ill teenagers who do not eat because they think to be underweight is cool.
She is being very irresponsible, especially since she has 3 children of her own.
