Britney Spears talking to divorce lawyers but Kevin Federline doubts her

Britney Spears is reportedly sitting down with her lawyers to discuss getting a divorce from Kevin Federline.

Star magazine claims she and Kevin are no longer on speaking terms and the pair have been reduced to communicating through their body guards.

However, according to quotes in the Daily Mirror, Kevin isn’t too worried. The wannabe rap star allegedly told friends: “Don’t worry, she ain’t got the balls to leave me.”

“She doesn’t have the guts to leave me, she’s been threatening to divorce me since the honeymoon.”

Of course, his confidence might be derived from the fact that, according to Star magazine, he demanded that their prenupital agreement was re-written after their 2004 marriage so that he was entitled to a larger share of Britney’s fortune…
