Adam Sandler and his wife JackieAdam Sandler loves being a dad - because it gives him something else to talk about in interviews.

His wife Jackie gave birth to their first child, daughter Sadie Madison, last month.

Adam confessed: “I feel a little more relief that I don’t just have to think about myself too much.”

“39 years just talking about how great I am. It’s time to, at age 40, talk about the kid”.

But he also joked that he’s a bit jealous of his offspring sometimes: “I’m hanging in there with my wife. I push the kid around in the park and I watch the kid feed off them bosoms… The kid doesn’t stop eating and sucking away and those used to be pop’s.”
