  • Britney Spears, who was spotted sporting black hair yesterday, has admitted that she’s suffering from pregnancy cravings. Her current obsession is for crunching ice between her teeth: “I think I have elephant teeth or something. I love it”. She’s also revealed she would like a third child with husband Kevin Federline.
  • Desperate Housewives‘ Jesse Metcalfe splashed out on a £30,000 bracelet for girlfriend Nadine Coyle’s 21st birthday last week. The platinum bracelet, from Tiffany’s, is studded with three-carat diamonds and has been engraved with their initials. Jesse has also whisked Nadine to Los Angeles to meet his mother after he met her parents (albeit when he was drunk) recently.
  • Most actors revel in the amount of research they do before roles and Bruce Willis has joked that he was no exception while making Over the Hedge, an animated film from Dreamworks about racoons: “I went out and lived with a family of racoons for three months. But I didn’t understand them, I don’t speak racoon and they kept giving me pieces of pine bark.”
