Nicole KidmanNicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reportedly changed their minds about a pre-nupital agreement.

The couple had previously been rumoured to be marrying without an agreement in place but now details have emerged of an agreement between the pair. The agreement was supposedly signed in Los Angeles before they flew to Australia for the run up to their Sydney wedding.

While they have been estimated to have earned a similar amount last year, Nicole is estimated to be worth considerably more than Keith overall and Keith will earn £350,000 for every year he is married to the actress.

The contract also notes that they will have joint custody of any children that they have together but that Keith will be banned from taking them out of the country in which Nicole lives.

However, if former cocaine user Keith is found to be using illegal drugs or alcohol to excess, the agreement will become void.

An inside source revealed: “Nicole did not want to force Keith to sign anything as she is convinced that they really will last but her advisers were quite strict on the issue.”

“The good news for Nicole was that Keith agreed immediately. She didn’t want to get involved with the pre-nup and left all the arrangements with her advisers.”

“Like her, he can’t see them breaking up but he can understand why her earnings have to be protected. He has a few millions in the bank already and is not a big spender.”

“As far as he’s concerned, if signing the prenuptial will make her happier then there is no reason why he shouldn’t sign it.”
