  • Kate Hudson has revealed that she regularly pole dances for husband Chris Robinson. The pair have been married for five years and Kate has admitted to stripping off to keep the passion alive in their marriage: “I don’t want to do it too often. It’s one of those things - if he’s lucky.” She also finds it great for keeping in shape: “It’s a very gruelling physical exercise.”
  • Ashlee Simpson has turned down an offer to strip for Playboy. Earlier this week, In Touch magazine reported that Ashlee was seriously considering the gig, which would net her $4million but her publicist yesterday confirmed that she had decided not to accept the offer.
  • And in more Simpson news, TMZ is reporting that Jessica Simpson has lost out on the role of Lucy Ewing in the forthcoming big-screen version of Dallas. Jessica, Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Cavallari were all reportedly in the running for the part but relative newcomer Katie Cassidy clinched the deal instead. Katie will join John Travolta and maybe Jennifer Lopez in the film.
