Tara Palmer-TomkinsonTara Palmer-Tomkinson has confirmed rumours that she’s about to undergo surgery to rebuild her nose after her septum was destroyed through years of cocaine use.

Speaking to Heat magazine, she revealed the gossip about her nose “hurts because it is a personal thing and it’s something I’m very ashamed of.”

“It brings back a load of history that I put to bed a long time ago. I’ve never had a nose operation for the simple reason I’m absolutely scared of hospitals. But sometimes you need a push to do something and this is it.”

“I’m all booked in. I’m an optimist in life and the pictures have given me the final push to do it, so in that way it’s good.”

“People who have used cocaine probably have no idea of the damage they’ve done to their nose - it’s only years later that you see the damage.”
