Brad Pitt gushes about life-changing fatherhood
Brad Pitt has revealed that his life - and his attitude towards it - has changed completely since he became a father.
Brad adopted Angelina Jolie’s children Maddox and Zahara earlier this year and then the couple welcomed second daughter Shiloh into the world in May.
Speaking on the Today show during a trip to New Orleans, Brad said: “[Becoming a father] really changes your perspective on the world.”
“You know, I’ve had my day, I made some films and I’ve really had a very fortunate life, and it’s time for me to share that a little bit.”
He added that having children “takes the focus off yourself, which I’m really grateful for. I’m so tired of thinking about myself. I’m sick of myself.”
“You feel you want to be there and not miss out on anything.”
“It’s a true joy (and) a very profound love. You can write a book, you can make a movie, you can paint a painting, but having kids is the most extraordinary thing I’ve ever taken on.”

I have always LOVED Brad Pitt. Living in the New Orleans area, I’m tickled that he’s giving so much of himself:
“You know, I’ve had my day, I made some films and I’ve really had a very fortunate life, and it’s time for me to share that a little bit.”
New Orleans needs all of the help that it can get, Brad! Congrats on your beautiful children and your lovely Angelina!

oh brad is the man! what I like the most is to see him hanging out with Zahara in his arms everywhere, sooo cute (and sorry for “ALL-Americans” who voted for Jen! we do prefer true American like brad)

Brad does nothing for us down here and I for one am not afraid to speak out about celebs who come down here and drag cameras around and make NO difference. People in Washington need to help us.
Brad so obviously has a political agenda, infact I am convinced the mid life crises, baggy pants, man went after Jolie and her connections.
If he cared why didn’t he come down here earlier this year. Oh yah thats right he was too busy taking over Namibia because Angelina and Brad want a politician to talk about them. (nice of them to abandon her sick mom eh)
And what the hell is this kids changed his perspective - so when he was ‘giving’ before he had kids it was all for show?? or to just get angelina??
If he is so sick of himself why the hell did he talk about himself??
This was pure promo using the needy.
While I am not a big fan of Jennifer Anistons I can say I admire her for not bragging about her close to a million dollars through Oprahs organization.
