Lindsay Lohan hospitalised with heatstroke and exhaustion

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to hospital yesterday after succumbing to heatstroke and exhaustion on the set of her new film Georgia Rule.

Lindsay spent two hours in a Los Angeles hospital and was given a booster injection of Vitamin B before being released.

Her spokesperson Leslie Sloane Zelnick confirmed: “She was overheated and dehydrated. She was filming in 105-degree Fahrenheit weather for 12 hours.”

However according to People magazine, it might not just have been the heat that did it. An onlooker had spotted her at Hollywood nightclub Guy’s until late the night before: “She was definitely partying. She wasn’t over the top, but having a great time.”

Lindsay, who suffers from asthma, is expected to return to work today.
