Paris HiltonWe heard about Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson in the running for it before it went to Katie Cassidy but now it seems Paris Hilton was up for the role of Lucy Ewing in the forthcoming Dallas movie too but she turned it down.

Paris made her film debut in House of Wax last year and says she wants to keep making smaller films for the time being.

She says it was quite tough to turn it down though: “I was a huge fan of the show and never missed it when I was a kid - more for the hair and fashions than the storylines.”

“But the truth is the role is too demanding for me. I told them I need to make a few more smaller movies first, then take it from there.”
