Eva Longoria wants a family more than an Oscar

Eva Longoria plans to start a family as soon as Desperate Housewives comes to an end.

The show’s third series is due to start this autumn and Eva is about to start filming her latest film How I Met My Boyfriend’s Dead Fiancee but since falling in love with basketball player Tony Parker, Eva has changed her mind about spending her life in Hollywood.

She told the Mirror: “My priorities are different,” she says. “The most important thing to me is not work - it’s to have a family. I want to be a mother. I want to get married. I want to raise kids.”

“I’d much rather have a family than win an Oscar.”

“I am big on family so I will definitely have children - at least three or four of my own.”

“When the show finishes, I want to go home to Texas and be a mother.”
