  • Guy Ritchie has revealed to friend that he’s worried that Madonna will be kidnapped by religious fanatics. Not only has Madonna enraged Catholics with a mock-crucification but she is a well-known follower of Jewish-offshoot Kabbalah. A friend of Guy’s revealed Guy thinks “she could be a target for a protest about Israel bombing Lebanon. [He] wants more bodyguards for her.”
  • David Hasselhoff has revealed in his new autobiography that he “clicked” with Princess Diana when the two met in the early 1990s: “I could sense her pain. I always admired her. I probably would have gone after her if circumstances had been different. In the end I just wanted to be a friend and to hang out with her. She looked like she really needed a friend and we really clicked”.
  • Paris Hilton does have a bit of a problem with remembering names: first, she couldn’t remember who Tony Blair is and then she forgot the name of the director of her new film, The Hottie and the Nottie. Paris is set to play the lead in the film which starts filming next month but when asked about the director, she just replied: “I don’t know [who it is].
