Kate Moss and Pete Doherty back together again?

We thought everything had been quiet on the Kate Moss/dating front of late and now it seems like we know why: she’s back together with Pete Doherty.

The Mirror is reporting that the reunited couple made their first public appearance at the small Rhythm musical festival in Clapham, near Bedford on Sunday.

An onlooker told the newspaper Kate arrived in a chauffeur-driven Range Rover with Pete in tow: “It’s a small, intimate festival and the last person we expected to see was someone as glamorous as Kate. But to see her with Pete was just phenomenal.”

“They got out of the car and held hands as they walked to the VIP area - laughing and touching each other the whole time. They were acting like a couple of honeymooners.”

“You’ve never seen a couple so tactile. They were kissing passionately and didn’t leave each other’s side all night.

“When Jerry [Lee Lewis] came on they danced like mad at the side of the stage - but all the time they were stroking each other and whispering sweet nothings. It was really quite touching.”

Kate and Pete were together for around nine months last year but split after photographs were published of the pair taking drugs together. Kate went into rehab immediately and after numerous drug-related arrests at the start of the year, Pete recently announced he was having an implant fitted to help beat his heroin addiction.

A source close to the pair revealed: “Kate never fell out of love with him. But Pete was stuck in a very druggie circle and she knew she couldn’t have little Lila around those people.”

“She told him she would only ever go back with him if he turned his life around once and for all.”

“Now she is convinced he is serious about quitting drugs - and they are falling in love all over again.”
